Alicia was amazing! She was with us every step of the way. Very honest and straightforward, which is awesome when buying a home. She was patient with us as first-time home buyers and even when she could not answer a question right away, would make an effort to find the answer as soon as possible. What generally seems like a stressful process was seamless with her as our realtor. 11/10 would recommend.
Working with Alicia V was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. From November all the way through closing, she went above and beyond to help my mom and me find the perfect home. After moving to Albuquerque and starting to look to buy a house I asked my sister if she could recommend a realtor. (She'd bought & sold a number of properties over the years, so I knew she'd be able to help.) My sister said, "I have the BEST agent EVER for you. Kurstin Johnson at Vista Encantada Realtors!" She was absolutely right! Kurstin and her team were great!!! She helped me buy, then later sell my first house. Kurstin's office was absolutely the best. Every detail was handled with friendliness and professionalism. I can't emphasize enough how smoothly it all went and how much they LISTENED to me, anticipating problems and heading them off before there was an issue. Currently my partner and I are buying a place together and Kurstin and her team at Vista Encantada are helping in the process of buying and selling. I give them my highest recommendation!
Megan and her team were AMAZING! They helped me purchase this house years ago and that was an awesome experience, so I knew to call them to sell it! They were proactive in supporting all details from staging ideas to final sale (as I requested my closing be in my new home state of Oklahoma instead of NM) and inspection findings. Their experience and expertise had my house sold in under two weeks for asking price! I highly recommend Vista Encantada for buyers and seller! I need to mention how they handled inspection details, taking multiple bids for work needed and all completed within deadline. It was an absolute joy working with Vista Encantada again!

6 stars if I could!! Cannot recommend the Better with Baron team enough! My first home buying experience was daunting but having Matt guide me through the process was a dream. He was responsive and proactive and helped me find and close on my dream home in just 12 days start to finish. His team was also phenomenal! Kaitlyn was so organized in processing the admin side (scheduling inspections, organizing all the paperwork, answering all my last minute questions!) 10/10 experience! My family and I are so excited for our new chapter and Better with Baron made it possible!
