We listed on a Thursday, had multiple offers by Monday, and signed an offer above asking price within six days of listing. Just as important, she has never been pushy. She gives thoughtful, data-driven advice, provides real information, and helps her clients make smart decisions without pressure. She is energetic, warm, upbeat, laid back in the best way, and at the same time incredibly driven and effective. What really says everything is that her support did not stop after the closing. Between our 2022 purchase and our 2026 sale, we stayed in regular contact with her, and she was always willing to answer questions, provide recommendations, and help however she could.
