I highly recommend Shaun and his team. My wife and I recently sold our home through his real estate company and the process was great and in case you’re wondering he really does charge a 1% commission plus a small agency fee as his company name implies. I do recall wondering if his lower fee would be as a result of being “hands off” or perhaps pushing to sell at a lower price so that he can sell your house quicker. This wasn’t the case at all. I’ve sold three homes in my life now, the first two with a top notch realtor in Pittsburgh and I found Shaun to be just as involved in the process as our realtor in Pittsburgh. I could text him any time. He gave good advice and respected our intended listing price. We consulted thoughtfully when we got an offer (which led to other offers when folks were put on notice). He respected our target walkaway price negotiated well on our behalf. His automated texting program is awesome. I always knew when we were getting a showing. His photographer did a great job showcasing the home. Why pay 3% when you can pay 1%? You’ll be happy you chose him if you do.
